Our Team

After a 29-year career with The Schwan Food Company based in Marshall, Dwight joined Mills Auto Center in November 2010. Most recently he was director of strategic sourcing at Schwan’s, and had held various positions with the company. A resident of Marshall, Dwight also worked in management at Land O’ Lakes.

Originally from Dawson, Dwight and his wife, Cheryl, have four children and seven grandchildren. He is a graduate of Dawson-Boyd High School and attended Southwest State University, Marshall. Dwight enjoys reading, woodworking, family time and activities at Christ United Presbyterian Church in Marshall.

Wayne has been in the automotive industry since 1992. He started with Mills in September of 1997, and worked in the service department before entering into sales. He is married to Michelle and has three daughters, Courtney, Cassidy, and Kendall. In his spare time he likes to spend time with his family, on the boat, or golfing.

Marc, has been in the automotive industry since 2003. He joined the Mills Auto Group in the summer of 2006. He and his wife Trish have two children, Carter and Caitlyn. In his free time he likes to be outdoors and spend time with his family.

Lon is a native of Sacred Heart, Minnesota and has been a resident of Willmar since 1980. He has been in sales all his life and automotive sale since 2000. He joined the Mills team in August of 2005. Lon has two grown children and enjoys spending his free time with his family and friends.

Kelly joined the Mills Sales Team in May of 2002. He currently lives in Atwater with his wife Mary, son Sam and their German Wirehair, Harley. Kelly enjoys bird hunting, fly fishing and playing the drums.

Bridget joined Mills Auto Center in June of 1987 as the Finance and Insurance Manager.  She transferred to the Sales Department and began her sales career in October of 2000.  She and her husband, Bill, reside in Raymond, MN and have been married since 1979.  They have one daughter and 4 wonderful grandchildren.  Bridget is active in Willmar Noon Lions, West Central Singers and Redeemer Lutheran Church.  She loves to sing, read, garden and knit.

Robert has been in the automotive business since 1994. He has worked for Mills since the company originally acquired the dealership in Willmar. He has been married since 1993 and has two boys. Robert enjoys many outdoor activities, primarily snowmobiling and fishing.

Rolf joined Mills Auto Center as a Sales Consultant in 1999. He strives to have a thorough knowledge of vehicles and has been very successful in helping people with their vehicle needs. He and his wife Brenda have been married since 1989 and have two boys, Blake and Jay. They enjoy fishing, camping, and spending time together.

Dan joined Mills Auto Center in October of 1988. Dan and his wife Linda have 4 children; Connor, Ava, Audrey and Charles. In his free time he enjoys golfing and spending time with his family and friends.

Jerry started in the automotive business in 1969. He grew up in the rural New London area where he and his wife Jeanne still live. They have two children, Lisa and Scott, and two grandchildren, Harley and Jack. Jerry enjoys antique cars, old movies, and spending time with family and friends.

Jerry started in the automobile industry in 1975 and has been a Parts Manager for Mills Auto Center since 1990. He has been married since 1985 and they have three daughters, Jessica, Nicole and Kimberly, and wonderful grandchildren. Jerry is a member of the Lions Club and enjoys hunting and fishing.

Chad started in the automotive industry in 1995 and has been with Mills since 1999. He is married and has three children, Nathan, Alisha, and Lily. He enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with family and friends.

Josh has been in the automotive industry since 1996. He joined the Mills Family in 2000. Josh has two daughters and lives in Willmar. He enjoys riding his Harley and spending time on the lake in his spare time.
